Base Price Adjustment

The original base price of the home was negotatied to be $382,500... based on $170 per square foot. After the architectural drawings were approved and accepted, the builders agreed to bill the additional square footage at 1/2 price ($85 per sq. ft.)... and the following Addendum was drawn up and approved by all parties.

" Because the square footage in the approved architectural drawing is more than the original Purchase and Sale Agreement was negotiated from, the base price of the home will be as follows:
2250 square feet @ $170 per square foot = $382,500
102 additional square feet @ $85 per square foot = $8,670

Floor Plan Design Approved

On Monday I met with Wayne & Susan to get their signature on the Addendum accepting the architectural design and floor plan for their new home.

With this Addendum, the Earnest Money was released to the Builder, Cannon Homes, and serious progress can begin. The builder will now apply for the building permit and probably start doing the excavating in preparation for pouring the foundation of the home on Lot 7 of the Peach Haven II subdivision in East Wenatchee. As soon as the building permit is received, the foundation can be poured and the building can begin.
