Here is a picture of the lot we hope to have the house built on.

Last Saturday we spent 4 hours with the builders, going over details for the new house. We're still waiting for a construction quote from the builders, so nothing has been settled yet.

Introduction to Birth Of A House

I am working with a couple from the Sammamish area who expect to begin construction of a new home in Wenatchee sometime this summer. With their permission, I hope to chronicle the "birth" and "maturity" of this home, through photos and commentary from negotiations with the builder through the last nail.
